After three days the officers went throughout the camp, giving orders to the people: “When you see the ark of the covenant of the Lord your God, and the Levitical priests carrying it, you are to move out from your positions and follow it. Then you will know which way to go, since you have never been this way before. But keep a distance of about two thousand cubits between you and the ark; do not go near it.” Joshua 3:3,4

Fathers, today my word is about you! About the lack and the too much of position! About the lack and about the abundance of responsibility and about following!

The deserts took the life of a full generation of fathers and as I said before, only two made the transition from prison to promise! I challenge you to study the journey (I admit the not easy journey) of a generation of fathers, formed in the hardness of oppression and the lack of future and vision, brought out with a slavery mindset and following a cloud! Before we come to a conclusion, it is of vital importance to really mirror their lives and compare your own situation.

Landing in a nation with a totally different mindset and background than my own, made me bump in thoughts and habits that were so strange to my own and even confronted to the point to evaluate my conclusions. Reading the story of the hebrew fathers and their slavery, the violent oppression and the killing of destiny, helped me to understand without excepting the end result! The many ways God tried to change the mindset and the structure of their slavery years into a free, destined priestly nation are so full of love and promise and it makes you sad to see the impossible resistance to go for a full change. Again, comparing the situation with ours today, makes you hopefully understand how many times Father has tried to get your attention and offer you a way out of the things you even yourself don’t see as a hindrance! Being free, being saved was after all the big thing, wasn’t it!

Only two made the transition

Only Joshua and Caleb made the cross over to the promise, the new and the not easy! So, their is a new generation, born and raised in the desert, feed by the manna and the birds, being nomads, living in tents. The generation that saw the cloud, the tabernacle and the offerings. The generation that lived with the presence and was ready to cross over!

That’s where God orders them to “move from their position” and follow… the priests! Not the cloud but the priests and the ark of the covenant! What exactly was the position they had to move from? I am not sure what sand does to he way you walk and the way you balance yourself, but I can imagine that crossing this river into a fast, balance, stable ground can even feel odd. I have been on ships, had my holidays on it and after some days sailing the waters, getting ashore feels odd! It looks like even the stable ground is still moving!

So, the main command here is: Move from and follow! Even if it still feels the same, follow! Even if your whole system rejects, follow!

Sweden is ready for a new generation of fathers, that understand the command… Move out from your position and follow! And while you enter the land, work the ground, build the “houses”, still follow! And when there is no manna to feed you and the seasons get a bit rough, just trust and follow! Build provision for a generation that will be born in the promise you have been longing for and make sure they will have in all seasons. Work “the land” and prepare “the food”. Don’t live under the command of Egypt, don’t live with a desert mindset of manna-rain, but prepare, provide and build.

I love the prophetic words that speak about the promise of Sweden, but today we need the people that don’t live from the words as a blueprint but know what to do, know what to build and know the revelation of today! No more waiting but we are in the year where the invisible is made visible!

My dear fathers, today it is up to you and therefor, when you see the ark of the covenant of the Lord your God, and the Levitical priests carrying it, you are to move out from your positions and follow it. Then you will know which way to go, since you have never been this way before.

 The foundation [essence]of “all” true agreement and unity in the midst of My people is “revelation”.
