When you have reached an Impasse

FAITH AND TRUST IN HIM – COMPLETELY AND UNRESERVEDLY

Words of prophecy:

Many of My children are at an “impasse”. On the one hand they know that the position they are in now is not of Me – and yet they “see” no way out! If they will but take that first step of faith towards Me and move towards the “inner chamber” [draw near to Me] I shall supernaturally move on their behalf to set them free from any and every bondage that has, up until this time, kept them in a position far below the fullness of their precious destiny, in Christ.

“impasse”– a situation in which no further progress is possible; deadlock;

Just the simple fact that you did not “step out” presumptuously in ministry is the very thing that has enabled Me to prepare you for this “glorious moment”!

Put aside all thought for your physical circumstances and allow yourself to be one with Me. Move and take action on even the slightest impressions of your heart knowing by faith that it is I who moves you – and that it is I who have prepared your way before you. In these days you shall surely see My Power – and you shall surely see My indwelling faith and presence both expose and consume [destroy]every ground of fear which is found in the hearts of those who will cross your path.

“For God sets Himself against the proud (the insolent, the overbearing, the disdainful, the presumptuous, the boastful) – [and He opposes, frustrates, and defeats them], but gives grace (favor, blessing) to the humble. [Prov. 3:34.] Therefore humble yourselves [demote, lower yourselves in your own estimation] under the mighty hand of God, that in due time He may exalt you, Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully. [Ps. 55:22.]”…. 1 Peter 5:5-7 The Amplified Translation

“Inasmuch then as we have a great High Priest Who has [already] ascended and passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession [of faith in Him]. For we do not have a High Priest Who is unable to understand and sympathize and have a shared feeling with our weaknesses and infirmities and liability to the assaults of temptation, but One Who has been tempted in every respect as we are, yet without sinning. Let us then fearlessly and confidently and boldly draw near to the throne of grace (the throne of God’s unmerited favor to us sinners), that we may receive mercy [for our failures] and find grace to help in good time for every need [appropriate help and well-timed help, coming just when we need it]”…. Hebrews 4:14-16 The Amplified Translation

“Christ loved the church and gave Himself up for her, so that He might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the Word, that He might present the church to Himself in glorious splendor, without spot or wrinkle or any such things [that she might be holy and faultless]”…. Ephesians 5:25-27 The Amplified Translation

Many, in these days, have reached an “impasse” – and “seemingly” have gone as far as they can possibly go. It must be clearly understood by all those who are truly seeking first the Kingdom that the Father, in this hour, is leading each and every one of His faithful [loyal]children into the place wherein their faith and trust is ENTIRELY in Him [His Word]. In other words, there is no way out of one’s present circumstances apart from the “continual” accessing of His Grace and All-sufficiency [Romans 5:1-2 KJV] – through faith, and [a true] patience.

A great man of God once said, “If God desires to do a minor miracle He places one in difficult circumstances but if He desires to do a miracle of great proportions with far reaching effects He places one in an “impossible” [to their own “natural” hope] situation”. In all my years [and regardless of how difficult the trial or situation was] I have never once “looked up” and saw either the Father or Jesus with a worried expression on their face. When we first start out in our service to God we sometimes wonder if He has forgotten about us – or, just as foolishly, take the thought that perhaps He doesn’t know just how hard the thing we are going through really is. But it is certain that the Father, Who began His precious work in us [the work of the Cross] many years ago, is faithful to finish that which He has begun – whatever that may mean exactly to each one of us individually.

I have often thought throughout the years that since we are the final generation of the Church – a generation that will actually walk out the prophetic fulfillment of being a “spotless and unblemished” [Glorious] Church – how could we possibly have any idea of the depth of the work of the Cross [by the Holy Spirit] that needs to take place in us.

Throughout the centuries we have had “glimpses”, from time to time, of certain men and women who lived lives wholly consecrated unto God and, thus, they bore the fruit of the “greater works” that Jesus talked about [John 14:12]. But in this final hour, it is the Father’s desire to raise up a “corporate” body of believers who, in and by the “unlimited” power of the Holy Spirit working through them, turn this world [and its stronghold and mind-sets] upside down before we leave.

So, in these days, as we are faced with what seems like an “impasse” we can rest assured that everything is, indeed, “right on schedule” concerning the fulfillment of ALL that we are called to in Christ – KNOWING [having a revelation of the fact] that we are nearing the place of truly entering into and abiding in an absolute faith and trust in the All-Sufficiency of our faithful and loving Father – an absolute faith [love]and trust that will propel us into the “fullness” of all that we were created for from before the foundations of the earth[Ephesians 2:10].

“Love [the continual exercising of an absolute faith working through a perfect love manifesting in a perfect obedience] NEVER fails”…. 1 Corinthians 13:8a NASB
