I stood there and could only softly cry while making the picture. A generational connection, a recognizing and embracing proclamation of honor and insight where “the old” blessed “the young” in a nation that can be defined as fatherless.

It was so much more than “praying a blessing” over their initiative as all in me, every part of my “father heart” jumped up, shouted out (silently), knowing that this was significant, as small as it seemed to be. This was a slap in the face of demonic forces, a turning point for a whole nation and yes, it was in “the City” in the heart of where the violent laws rule the nation and transformed the beauty of generational thinking. 

Over time I have learned that these small insignificant actions are a huge proclamation with deep effect causing the darkness to be shaken in its core. It is releasing a frequency with a message: No longer! Where generations connect and acknowledge the effect of the former years and embrace the message of Isaiah 58:12, each generation will understand its part in the rebuilding as foundations are being restored and a generation is so ready to build ON THOSE RESTORED FOUNDATION. “Some of you will rebuild the ancient ruins; you will restore the foundations laid long ago; you will be called the repairer of broken walls, the restorer of streets where people live.”

He (Eric) said it so wise that all of this was honoring and a thankfulness for the prayer of generations before which pave the way for where we are today. I loved it as they stood there together, husband and wife in the beauty of their oneness, shaped by the intensity of life, and recognized that this was surprisingly more than they could ever have imagined.

Disconnecting the generations
It’s the spirit of the world, disconnecting, dividing in order to rule. It’s the heart of where we are in Sweden as over the past years, sadly not recognized by most of the people, generational awareness is demolished, killed, murdered even by purposed efforts in order to create something new, a socialistic ideology. My heart breaks time after time when I hear the wonderful initiatives by beautiful people but…. working from the same platform call individuality. The lack of longing for the bigger picture, the overview where generations have been worked the land to make sure their children would live by those fruits. “Honor your father and your mother so that you may have a long life in the land that the Lord your God is giving you.” Exodus 20:12
When we leave the parenthood, we mis the meaning of honoring in moving from their foundations. Paul stated it so wonderful: “Children, obey your parents as you would the Lord, because this is right. Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise, so that it may go well with you and that you may have a long life in the land.” Ephesians 6:1-3 HCSB

A City mindset
It’s what a “city” does, as it (easily) disconnect you from the natural resources and connecting you with the building mentality of mankind. It has created a prideful attitude, a “Babylonian” mindset of gathering the people in the result of our building effort. The church has embraced it more than we think and we moved away from the original blueprint as we replaced the “family perspective” with the individual “what have I accomplished” heart.

Having said this all, I can honestly say that the times are changing. There is an understanding of the failing system, although not recognised how to change it. And this is where the church, the Body of Christ or sadly acknowledged the “remnant” come in. This is where the song has to be released, the “returning” to Him has to be lived, the answer has to be shared by living from the opposite spirit.

My heart, time after time has been hurt deeply when people thought it was about “their truth” and were able to disconnect, not understanding that they lived and acted from the same spirit as the world. Paul says it over and over that we have to leave the world, with has nothing to do with the obvious habits we address stupidly time after time. It is like Jesus states it in Matthew 7:3: “Why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye but don’t notice the log in your own eye?” And He adds firmly the word HYPOCRITE to it!

Kingdom understanding, Family perspective
Its the Kingdom understanding that will demolish every idea we have created in our City orientated Church mindset where Jesus is confronting us with the real issues. When we leave the way we imagined, crafted our values, far from what He really intended and simply go back to the heart of the Father, we understand that embracing the beauty of the Family unit, honering the Parenthood concept, receiving the Fatherhood responsibility, will enable us to do the New Thing He has promised us. In no way He will do the New Thing in the manmade Idol crafting system.

Kingdom is key, Family is Him, simplicity and purity will come forth out of His hand as we start to RESTORE the way father God intended life by working together with the Holy Spirit and living the LIVE intended!

The Hearts of The Fathers
So what will safe this nation? As much as I have to say that this process and writing has a shadow and causes pain, I know that the only real calling into the nation is the “Returning of the Hearts”, the restoration of the fathers and the sons. It is with this Elijah cry deep within my spirit that THAT is what God has in mind for the nation of Sweden.
Everything else will be copying the same problem, reproducing the same result called individuality!
By restoring the heart of a nation (which is NOT Government, Church or whatever we think of) through recognising the authority of The Family Unit, and giving/taking back the responsibility that comes with it, than and ONLY THAN, we can talk about revival.

And for the record, with Family Unit I mean A FATHER AND A MOTHER, an Adam and an Eve!
