Depart, depart…

Leave, leave, go out from there! Do not touch anything unclean; go out from her, purify yourselves, you who carry the vessels of the Lord. For you will not leave in a hurry, and you will not have to take flight; because the Lord is going before you, and the God of Israel is your rear guard.” Isaiah 52:11-12 HCSB

Depart, depart, go out from there; touch no unclean thing; go out from the midst of her; purify yourselves, you who bear the vessels of the Lord. For you shall not go out in haste, and you shall not go in flight, for the Lord will go before you, and the God of Israel will be your rear guard.” Isaiah 52:11-12 ESV

Depart, depart, the word and strong urge that came to mind time after time when grace was lifted and provision almost became prison for us.

It is again this moment of moving back to original, to purpose, to promise in my moving, my departure from the Money Making Controlling Systems of this world. The influencing way of our thinking where we even think that we impact while diminished to nice and optional.

It feels like an Exodus to me as Exodus is all in the air in a Babylon-Global-Egypt-stone-making-Greek-thinking controlled society. It’s a long word but fully describes my view on where we are and what is carefully your source.

Depart when the Father repeats the word with a strong demand. Better obey, move forward back to your promised position. Back to the place that will be your real source and provision despite the fact that you have to work the land and to pray for the rain. Especially back to the place that will be the center point of your offspring even when the world tries to attack you in your conviction and your position.

When the word sounds: “Enlarge the place of your tent, and let the curtains of your habitations be stretched out; do not hold back; lengthen your cords and strengthen your stakes.” Realise that there is a promise and purpose attached to it: “For you will spread abroad to the right and to the left, and your offspring will possess the nations and will people the desolate cities.” Isaiah 54:2-3 ESV

The promise is about your offspring, not about your succes or vision. Its not about the expanding for your sake but for the sake of the promised generations. The moment you became father or mother, even when it’s a spiritual and not physical function, just know that it is no longer about us but about the next generation.

Just the verse before verse 11 of Isaiah 52 has an even more scary reason of leaving:

“The Lord has bared his holy arm before the eyes of all the nations, and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.” Isaiah 52:10 ESV

When God is moving His arm forward and taking down strongholds, you better leave. Leaving the table when His arm is whipping away the unholy “food” and better leave the “building” or maybe better said (not to offend) the structures when His hand is taking down some walls. You don’t want to be covered by the rubble, the mess that is about to be falling.

It’s time for the big Exodus, when prison doors will miraculous been opened and restrictions are no longer your blockage for moving out. Its time to leave systems and structures and even when it’s not always physical, its time that they leave your system, your mindset. Its time to “….be transformed by the renewal of your mind” and to acknowledge that you are so “conformed to this world”, in order “that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” From Romans 12:2

I love the The Passion Translation’s version: “Stop imitating the ideals and opinions of the culture around you, but be inwardly transformed by the Holy Spirit through a total reformation of how you think. This will empower you to discern God’s will as you live a beautiful life, satisfying and perfect in his eyes.”

As leaving Egypt wasn’t really the guaranty of Egypt leaving them, please be honest about how much “Egypt” still fuels your decisions or how much “Babylon” still feeds your table.

So, DEPART, DEPART, is my call to you and as much as it is a very personal as I said before that grace was lifted for me, I know and emphasise that is also my call to you for whatever Babylon or Egypt or Culture is feeding and defining you.

Be that person that is taking charge and lead them out! Be the example they want to copy as Paul boldly states: “Follow me as I follow Christ!” Or “Be imitators of me, as I am of Christ.! 1 Corinthians 11:1

There is a generation, copying what we do, not what we say and when we think they do bad, it’s just their version of your example.

Departing is a huge and very important issue these days where we protest and complain within the system without any result or even relief. Leaving and moving to the place of your authority makes the difference and increases the impact as you build generational.

So much to say as I sense a flow, a message that is boiling in me but for now a heartfelt GOODBYE and an invitation to “Follow me” BUT mainly because “I FOLLOW CHRIST!”

One last thought.

Building Storehouses have always been my drive, physical or spiritual, people or building and that’s where it is all about. Your place of authority will no longer be an option within the systems of this world (even when its called church) but it will be the place that draws in the hungry and the thirsty, the weary and the broken. You will not be an option but the solution since YOU FOLLOW CHRIST out of the buildings.

“And he took the blind man by the hand and led him out of the village, and when he had spit on his eyes and laid his hands on him, he asked him, “Do you see anything?”” Mark 8:23 ESV
