The heart of a father

“My son, don’t forget my teaching, but let your heart keep my commands;” ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭3:1‬

About Me

A simple search in the bible on the word father gave me 1373 hits in the NIV, comparing to the word pastor only 1 time…!

Malachi 4:5 and 6 says: “See, I will send you the prophet Elijah before that great and dreadful day of the Lord comes. He will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers; or else I will come and strike the land with a curse.”

Matthew 24:12-14 “Because lawlessness is increased, most people’s love will grow cold. “But the one who endures to the end, he will be saved. “This gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.

That my writings will be a help in connecting those hearts in a time where the people’s love grow cold!

I am dutch, I am a man, a husband, a father and even a grandfather.
I am an uncle, a brother…
I am lucky to be able to have those “titles” as I know that you don’t earn them but life just add them to you as a blessing!
I am a follower of Christ and people call me christian, although I am careful with adding that to my life as the “title” is not always a proud one to carry!
I am a visionary (as I found out over the years) , a writer and a mentor.
I am a builder, although breaking down is mostly needed!
I am a citizen of Sweden and a fervent lover of the beauty of this nation.
I am nothing of myself, stubborn to learn and especially a “work in progress”!
I am totally depended on the Grace of God!

Last but not least, I am totally dedicated to Gods purpose and desperate to see His will be done here on Earth as it is in Heaven!

I am Rob van’t Wout and available!
