The heart of a father

DON’T LET A SPIRIT OF FEAR GET ATTACHED TO YOUR PRAYERS!

by Wanda Alger

Every parent knows the desperation felt when a child is lost, wandering, or in crisis. Regardless of their age, when we see them heading towards destruction or in danger, we get on our knees and cry out for mercy on their behalf. Our fears of the worst are stirred and our imaginations can run wild.

For those interceding for this nation, the desperation is just as real. The rising tide of liberal leadership and anti-faith legislation is now at our front door. Ungodly laws being passed are threatening our safety and security and believers are seeing the spiritual battle as never before. A spirit of fear and terror is spreading across the land, and if we’re not careful, we will fall into its trap. Continue reading

Gideon, the Story of Today

Its the story of Gideon in Judges 6 and on, that made me pounder on the situation of our nation and the Christians that are in it!

So, what was the situation of Gideon and why was he acting as he was.

The nation
1 The Israelites did what was evil in the sight of the Lord. So the Lord handed them over to Midian seven years, 2 and they oppressed Israel. Because of Midian, the Israelites made hiding places for themselves in the mountains, caves, and strongholds. 3 Whenever the Israelites planted crops, the Midianites, Amalekites, and the Qedemites came and attacked them. 4 They encamped against them and destroyed the produce of the land, even as far as Gaza. They left nothing for Israel to eat, as well as no sheep, ox or donkey. 5 For the Midianites came with their cattle and their tents like a great swarm of locusts.
They and their camels were without number, and they entered the land to waste it. 6 So Israel became poverty-stricken because of Midian, and the Israelites cried out to the Lord. Continue reading

God is Raising Up Power Intercessors

By Jennifer LeClaire

Prophecy: Look for the Rise of Power Intercessors

You’ve heard of power evangelists—and you know that intercession paves the way for successful propagation of the gospel. Look for the rise of power intercessors.

When I was in Knoxville recently, the Lord began to talk to me about power gifts in the five-fold. We hear so much about power evangelists, but the Lord wants His miracle-working power to rest on every believer.

In this next great move of God, we’ll see power apostles, power prophets, power pastors, power evangelists, power teachers—and power believers. When we earnestly desire spiritual gifts as Paul said, we’ll see signs and wonders following us. Power is for those who press in to God’s heart of compassion to see souls saved, healed and delivered.

Dear beautiful Jönköping,

As this past Saturday they marched your streets with the cry to be loved the way they are, my cry, standing at the sides of the parade was about the lack of knowing the god-given identity, not just from the subject of the march but from all participants!!

Nothing in me condemned, not even was offended as they gathered in “unity” to tell the city that it is about accepting, that it was all about love!
It its so easy to come up with the reports, the statements, the bible verses but I know it does not make sense! Oh yes, I agreed with that brave old man that stood there with the sign that said: Man + Woman = Child (if we are lucky of course), Continue reading

About My House – The Incense Of Intercessory Prayer

The Incense Of Intercessory Prayer

by Bobby Conner

headerback2

Never underestimate your prayers. Your prayer life is a sweet fragrance before the face of Almighty God! Our prayers are a vital part of the worship and adoration at the throne of God. It is important to understand what the Word of God has to say concerning what happens to our prayers in the heavenly realm.

Now when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. Revelation 5:8 NKJV Continue reading

About God’s Complains

Isaiah 58: 2 They seek Me day after day and delight to know My ways, like a nation that does what is right and does not abandon the justice of their God. They ask Me for righteous judgments; they delight in the nearness of God.”

What a great testimony about the people of the Lord. Seeking Him daily, delighting in knowing His ways, doing right and not abandoning the justice of God! Asking for righteous judgments and to delight in the nearness of God! Continue reading
